CELT Management

CELT Managing Director:

CELT is managed by Mr. Abdellatif Messikh. He is the founder and proprietor of CELT and has been responsible for its development and success.  He is an Applied Linguist and a teacher by profession. He has over 15 years of university teaching experience in King Saud University, Riyadh, and University of Annaba Algeria.

CELT Staff

The number of EFL teachers at CELT is currently 08. One (01) in Skikda, One (01) in Souk Ahras, One (01) in Guelma, One (01) in El-Tarf  and four (04) in Annaba. For a list of CELT staff, see page 15, Selection of CELT instructors.  

CELT EFL teachers meet periodically to share experiences and receive regular training to coordinate activities.  Mr. Messikh believes that these meetings contribute significantly to improving overall classroom efficiency.
